The activity promoted by Riot and organized by Labcom consists in a challenge (friendly) between cosplayers who will impersonate the main characters of the imaginary of Wild Rift/ Arcane / League of Legends and will invite visitors to play Wild Rift with them in a dedicated area for all four days of the festival.
THE PROJECT.
Target
The main goal of the campaign is to channel as much traffic as possible to the dedicated riot booth present at Lucca comics, where cosplayers can challenge each other to Wild Rift. Cosplayers involved must be able to produce a top-notch costume and have a following on social media. In the frame, several activities with riot sponsors related to the Wild Rift mobile game were required.
Strategy
We organized together with the entire aNc Cosplay department the presence of the kids at Luca comics and all the related activities. The boys were present throughout the activity (In cosplay) at the dedicated riot booth, promoting their presence through instagram stories/posts and challenging the audience in attendance.
RESULTS
Despite the restrictions due to the pandemic the turnout at the booth was very high and orderly, the content produced satisfied the customer 100%, so much so that they made several unplanned reposts on their social channels. The video produced by Ambra Pazzani was also used as an entry to the booth.
